Limitation of liability

Pilpel Seeds Ltd. warrants that at the time of packaging the seeds contained in this package (“the seeds”) conform, with reasonable tolerances established by practice, to their description on the package and label.

Beyond such warranty, Pilpel Seeds disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the seeds, and all risks associated with the use of the seeds shall be exclusively assumed by buyer or user.

The picture of vegetables on the label (if shown) is for illustration purpose only. The actual product might vary in color, size, shape, etc.

User’s/buyer’s exclusive remedy for any loss, damage or expense resulting from the use of the seeds is limited to an amount equal to the purchase price of seeds.

In no event will Pilpel Seeds or any of its dealers, distributors or agents be liable for any actual, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

The seeds can be toxic and should not be used for human or animal consumption.

Keep the seeds and seeds packages in adequate storage conditions until used. Especially keep them in a temperature not exceeding 65°f (18°c) and in dry conditions protected from sunlight .

Germination needs to be tested every 10 months.
